Payment or checkout help
A browser return is not proof of payment. Will It Mog checks the verified Polar notification and the durable pending submission before it claims a paid queue entry.

Missed latest-start deadline
If an accepted paid challenge has not started within seven days of verified payment, it enters operator-visible recovery and is no longer eligible to start late. The operator checks its attached payment and deadline evidence before handling a full manual refund in Polar and recording the outcome.

What not to send
Never email card numbers, bank details, passwords, access tokens, or identity documents. A product name, approximate checkout time, and Polar receipt or order ID are enough to begin an investigation.
